To generate a capacity list, simply follow these steps:
Ensure your drivers are set to 'online' status.
Press on the option to generate a capacity list. The system will automatically select all your trucks visible in the current view.
The system will identify the latest known location for each truck. If a driver is scheduled for delivery, for example, in Buffalo, New York, the system will understand that this will be the empty location as of a specific date.
Once generated, press 'copy all' to grab the list, and you can easily paste it in an email or your private messengers.
With these steps, you can quickly share your capacity list, saving time and increasing operational efficiency.
